Shipping Timelines: Please follow your region’s estimated shipping timeline (e.g., Metro Manila, Luzon, etc.). Delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout.

No Hidden Fees: All shipping costs are already included at checkout. You will not be charged any additional courier fees upon delivery.

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped, so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

Delivery Adjustments: While we strive to ship all items promptly and in excellent condition, please allow for minor delays depending on courier services. Rest assured, we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Your order will be packed with care and shipped within 24–48 hours after payment. Once ready, we’ll hand it over to the courier for delivery to your doorstep.
RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Tiny Avenue, we want you to shop with confidence. Our policies are designed to ensure clarity, peace of mind, and fairness while maintaining the quality of our service.

Returns & Exchanges: We follow a no return, no exchange policy unless the item received is damaged. Rest assured, all orders are carefully checked and shipped in good condition.

Cancellations (Paid Orders): Cancellations of paid orders are allowed within 24 hours of purchase. A processing fee of ₱100 per transaction (not per item) will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Cancellations (Unpaid Orders): Unpaid orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after placement without charge.
